Overview
This SOP outlines the step-by-step process of stacking lists of leads from Propstream into RESimpli.
Steps:
- Download Lists from PropStream
- Download your marketing lists (e.g., Divorce, Bankruptcy, Absentee, etc.) from PropStream.
- Ensure lists are named correctly for tracking purposes (e.g., “Tampa FL Divorce List”).
- Upload Lists to ReSimpli
- Go to the Marketing Tab > List Stacking in ReSimpli.
- Click Add a Record > Bulk Upload.
- Upload the appropriate file, ensuring the file names follow a clear naming convention (e.g., Tampa Divorce List).
- Mapping Fields
- Ensure correct mapping of fields (These are the only ones needing to be changed)
- State and Zip Code
- First and Last Name
- Mailing Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code
- Select Next and confirm the correct list tag (e.g., Divorce List). If the list has not been created for the list yet, name the list as the describer of the list (i.e. Absentee, Senior Owner, etc)
- Add a tag to the leads if you want them to be filterable . Use cases would be for different marketing campaign locations, different property types, etc.
- Review Import Log
- You may need to refresh your page for the leads to show as imported.
- Repeat Steps 2-4 for each List pulled from PropStream
- Filter and Manage Leads
- Go to Property Addresses in the List Stacking Tab and filter leads by lists and/or tags, such as the market or the type of list (e.g., Tampa, FL Divorce List or Tampa FL Tag).
- Use additional filters for Date Added, Import Date, or other specific criteria to refine your search.
- Exporting Leads
- After filtering, select all the leads in the Select List Stacking button and click Export Selected.
- Customize the export by selecting necessary fields:
- Unselect ALL
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Property Street Address
- Property Street Address 2
- Property City
- Property State
- Property Zip Code
- Mailing Street Address
- Mailing Street Address 2
- Mailing City
- Mailing State
- Mailing Zip Code
- Lists
- Tags
- Export the list to your system and save it in CSV format.
- Data Scrubbing
- Open the exported list in Google Sheets and filter by columns such as:
- First Name: Remove blanks and LLCs/Businesses.
- Mailing Street Address: Remove P.O. Boxes and blank addresses.
- Remove RESimpli Leads: Remove any RESimpli Leads in the Lists column
- List ID: Sort and remove unmotivated leads, e.g., leads from Failed MLS Listings.
- Ensure the data is clean and consistent. Confirm all leads are from the correct market (e.g., Tampa, FL).
- Adjusting Marketing Budget
- If needed, adjust the marketing list based on your budget by removing leads that are less motivated (e.g., bankruptcy only instead of absentee & vacant etc)
- Retain leads associated with multiple lists for higher motivation.
