Job Description
The Real Estate Wholesaling Lead Manager will be responsible for generating and managing leads for a team of sales professionals in the acquisition and sale of wholesale real estate properties. The manager will be responsible for identifying potential properties and leads, reaching out to potential sellers and buyers, and providing ongoing support to the sales team.
The job duties include:
- Identify potential properties and leads through market research and networking
- Reach out to potential sellers and buyers to generate interest and set up appointments
- Qualify leads and provide them to the sales team
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team throughout the sales process
- Monitor and analyze lead data to identify trends and make adjustments to lead generation strategies
- Communicate with clients and build relationships with key industry contacts
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a lead manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of real estate sales and the wholesale market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze lead data and make strategic decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
