Steps

For the sake of this guide, we will recommend using our partner Staffing Company to help locate the highest quality talent. At the time of writing our preferred Staffing Company is Rocket Station, favored because of their extensive prescreening and assistance during the interview process.

  1. Email [email protected] introducing yourself and say that you are with Collecting Keys looking to hire a new VA.
  2. Give them the job listings of the roles you intend to hire for.
  3. Rocket Station reps will reach out once they have found candidates and set up a time for you to perform interviews.
  4. In your interview window, you will interview 4-6+ different candidates.
  5. More information on interviewing can be found in the interviewing SOP, but primarily you will want to watch for their English skill as well as how personal they are. Most of them will have very similar relevant experience so their willingness to learn and ability to speak and understand English are the most important factors.
    1. Note, you don’t have to choose any candidates in your round of interviews. You can always request more if you don’t feel any candidates will be a good fit.
  6. Once you’ve made your selection, Rocket Station will assist with onboarding and help integrate them into your business.
