Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Disposition Manager is to market, negotiate and sell properties that our acquisition team secures.  In addition, the Disposition Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a national directory of qualified buyers.  To accomplish this the Disposition Manager will prospect for new buyer leads and continue to communicate with existing buyers on a recurring basis.  The Disposition Manager utilizes software such as InvestorLift and other digital real estate groups/networks as the main source of data for buyers.  A CRM of buyers and contact notes will be maintained and regularly updated by the Disposition Manger.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong rapport with buyer’s to overcome objections and successfully close deals
• Respond promptly to all buyer leads through various communication channels (email, text, phone calls, etc) to drive business forward
• Use various tools and outreach methods for finding and qualifying buyer leads
• Build and maintain a national buyers list with updated notes on contact information and buying criteria
• Market properties effectively according to established procedures, utilizing various channels to maximize exposure.
• Work directly with the Acquisition Managers to identify potential opportunities fork known buyer needs
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies for each market where Collecting Keys operates
• Enter all relevant notes into the company CRM on a daily basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
