Warm Long Term Follow Up

Use this process for sellers that are left with a good relationship but don’t have a specific timeline or plan for their property

  1. Follow up monthly with Call and Text
  2. Open Call with Rapport question from notes
  3. Keep calls short if there isn’t an in depth conversation to be had (less than 2 minutes)
  4. Continue indefinitely, our longest follow up to contract is 2.5 years
